1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using RouteNow AI (the "Service"), a platform owned by WV Holdings, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
2. Use of the Service
You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. This includes obtaining any consents required by law before sending messages to your customers or employees through the Service, and providing any notices your jurisdiction requires for tools such as vehicle tracking. Content and records you upload remain your property, and you can export them from the Service at any time.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WV Holdings and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe under your own Stripe account, subject to Stripe's terms. Funds flow directly to you; RouteNow does not hold your money.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Following termination, you will be given a reasonable opportunity to export your data.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WV Holdings, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
