Adam Pasquale is the operator. Fourth generation in waste. Over 30 years on the routes. He scaled operations, built teams, ran the business from the ground. He co-founded RTS. He knows every square on the board because he has stood on all of them.

The Architect
James Rascoe is the architect. He grew up inside the family's software business and was on payroll writing code by 1976, a teenager in the glass room on IBM iron. He has built production software through every generation of computing since, and mastered AI the same way he mastered everything before it: by putting it to work.
He's a real engineer and a real accountant: what he builds has to pay for itself. He was the software architect who made RTS work. RouteNow he built from a blank sheet, every line of it.
